About Tails of Hope Animal Rescue
Tails of Hope Animal Rescue, established in 2024 by Victoria Thomas, is a beacon of hope for victims of puppy mills, mother dogs, and their puppies. Rooted in principles of integrity, transparency, and compassion, TOH is committed to responsible rescue practices.
Victoria Thomas, with 15 years of experience as a board member, foster, and coordinator, leads the rescue with unwavering dedication and passion. Victoria is a hands on rescuer who can be found pulling dogs from puppy mills, transporting dogs to medical appointments, fundraising, and fostering in her home.

Board member Dan Thomas has the knowledge and experience to ensure the continued financial sustainability of the organization. Dan has been an invaluable part of the life saving efforts of hundreds of animals.

Our Vice President, Erin Cassidy, is a Westmoreland County Humane Police Officer who has been rescuing animals for many years. Erin manages a dog daycare and is very dedicated to improving the quality of life for all animals.

Together our team is committed to our mission and to providing quality care and second chances for the animals in our rescue.
Please help us to responsibly save dogs, one tail at a time. We can't change their past, but with your help, we can rewrite their future.
